Beer at Fermentations
Beermaking at Fermentations is fast, fun, easy and guaranteed. And LAGERFEST makes things taste even better!
If you love exceptional lagers, pilsners, and bocks, there is nothing better than being able to super slow ferment your favourites, and with our lager fermenting room back open, now is the time!
Taking an extra week to slowly go through the sugars, pure strain lager yeasts fermenting at cold temperatures produce the smoothest, most aromatic lagers and pilsners. Our cold fermented honey lager is my favourite, with the delicate honey aromas perfectly preserved by the cold ferment. So maximize your aromas, and get the smoothest flavours - our LAGERFEST is sure to please!
Our wide range of ingredients means you can customize your batch to fit your tastes exactly. Choose from one of our many great recipes, or create your own - we'll show you how. With specialty ingredients constantly brought in, there is no better place to check out the world of beer than Fermentations!
Fermentations does not use any chemicals or preservatives, so your beer tastes great every time, naturally. For the serious beer beer geek, and those that want to be, check out our Beer School.
