Well, I definitely won't win the prize for longest member of Fermentations but I did want to drop off a line about my experience with you. My first impression of Fermentations? "Cool, it looks just like Polka Dot Door when you look through the circle and see how people make things!!" Very exciting and very clean. We just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how happy we were with our most recent Fermentations experience.

As you know, we've just bottled a couple of batches of the Demeter wine, which we plan on serving at our upcoming wedding. We decided to go with a local organic focus for our wedding, and after our last experience with Fermentations wine you guys were automatically our first choice for spirits. We've sampled both of them, and I must say, the results are spectacular! We're both really happy with the Chardonnay and the Baco Noir and our guests are already talking about how they can't wait to try them.
