Fast, fun, easy and guaranteed - that describes your wine experience at Fermentations.
At Fermentations we make your wines from fresh imported grape juices or directly from seasonal harvest grapes.
We offer four great ways for you to make wine from fresh juices any time of the year: Quality Assurance Plus (QA Plus) make excellent wines, and will age very nicely, Quality Assurance Gold (QA Gold) wines cost the same per bottle as our QA Plus wines, but yield more bottles per batch and have a fuller body. QA Sestina wines are the absolute richest and fullest wines we do year round, and compare very favourably to wines costing three times the price, while still respecting an eight week turn around time. At Fermentations, we rely on pure fresh juices, not concentrates, because you just can't make great wine from concentrates - it's like adding water to ketchup to get tomato juice. Something gets lost in the translation. Why make watered down wine, when at Fermentations, you can get Mother Nature in your glass?

Make Wine From Fresh Grapes!
We have available on a seasonal basis our wines made from fresh grapes - the absolute best wines you can make. With grapes selected from specific farms (including organic and sustainable viticulture farms) from Niagara, California (Fall season) and Chile (Spring Season), it should be no surprise that these wines are so good, you'll need a even bigger wine glass.
Grapemasters
We are also the only Toronto distributor of Grapemasters wines.
